The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will be released on August 10th.

The Mi Mix 4, the next-generation Mi Mix phone, will be released on August 10th, according to Xiaomi. It will initially be available only in China, with a global release possible by the end of the year. The phone has long been a topic of speculation, with numerous leaks indicating various specifications. Last month, alleged renderings of the phone's front and back panels were leaked online.

Similar to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultras, the front panel has an under-display selfie camera, while the rear camera setup incorporates a secondary display for selfie preview. However, the secondary display appears to be larger than the Mi 11 Ultra's 1.10-inch secondary display in the shot. In addition to Black, Blue, White, and Grey, the phone is available in a variety of colors.

A Xiaomi phone, suspected to be the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, has recently been discovered on China's TENAA regulatory website. The phone with model number 2106118C is said to include 5G, Android OS, and GPS connection, according to the description (via 91Mobiles). Other speculations about the phone include a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus engine, 5000mAh battery with 120W rapid charging and compatibility with 70W or 80W fast wireless charging, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1. While alleged renderings show a quad-camera setup on the rear, another rumor says that the Mi Mix 4 will include quad-cameras as well.

Overall, considering Xiaomi's recent shift in focus to its Mi flagship portfolio, it will be interesting to see how the company enhances its Mi Mix lineup in the future. The Mi Mix 3 5G, which includes an under-display selfie camera, was released in 2019. Readers should take the information with a grain of salt because Xiaomi has yet to provide official specifics.
